- I've been going to Dr Joseph for 17 years and haven't had ONE bad experience at his office. My appointments are mostly in and out, as I don't have any changes in my medicine needs, but when I need to talk he is there to listen. He is very compassionate and understanding. I am always seen within minutes of my appointment time. Great office staff too!
I've been going to Dr. Joseph for almost 2 years I believe. Throughout that time his staff has been patient and helpful and understanding. Mary is amazing and easy to talk to and Dr. Joseph takes the time to make sure that whatever medication you're on is actually working and listens when you have concerns. Overall his office has some of the best staff that I've ever dealt with and that's important when you're dealing with so many different personalities and mental illness' and I'm eternally grateful.

Dr. Joseph is an outstanding psychiatrist! From our very first meeting, he made me feel comfortable and understood. I love how he explains everything so clearly, and he really encourages you to participate in your treatment plan. He has a fantastic way of making you feel empowered in your mental health journey. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Joseph for my ongoing mental health concerns, and I have to say, it was a transformative experience. From the moment I walked into his office, the atmosphere was warm and inviting—definitely a breath of fresh air compared to some sterile environments I’ve encountered in the past. Dr. Joseph took the time to truly listen to my concerns; it felt like I was talking to a friend rather than just another doctor. He has an incredible ability to make complex psychological concepts understandable and relatable, which really helped me feel more at ease. One thing I really appreciated was his holistic approach. He didn't just push medication but discussed various coping mechanisms and therapies that could benefit me. I left our session feeling empowered and hopeful about my journey ahead. The only downside was that I had to wait about 15 minutes past my appointment time, which can be a bit frustrating, especially when you’re already feeling anxious. But once I was in the room, all of that faded away. Overall, I’m incredibly grateful for Dr. Joseph’s expertise and compassion. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a psychiatrist who truly cares about their patients and goes above and beyond to help them heal. I can't wait for my next visit!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Joseph last week, and I was really impressed! He took the time to understand my background and listened carefully to my concerns. The office vibe is also very calming—definitely helps you relax. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that the waiting area could use a bit more seating. Overall, a solid experience!
